Project Sponsor

The project sponsor provides resources and funding for the project. The sponsor also provides the governance group with guidance regarding policy and priority issues as needed.

Project Governance Group

The governance group oversees project direction and development and includes representatives from the department stakeholders and our IT Director. The group provides general project oversight and conflict resolution and builds shared policies, leverages IT policies and capabilities, oversees new initiatives, plans business processes and builds consensus.
